Requirements

An Honours degree in Human Resources Management coupled with seven years' relevant experience. Higher education experience will be an added advantage. Candidate should have experience in remuneration and benefits, incentives as well as pension fund administration. Candidate should be computer literate and should possess project management skills. A driver’s licence is also required.

Duties

The appointed candidate will amongst others:

Participate in remuneration and benefit benchmarks and make recommendations to Management

Participate in the development of strategic plans as well as policies, procedures and regulations within the institution.

Develop and implement remuneration procedures and systems.

Detect and mitigate risks by applying expertise to successfully identify trends, gaps and challenges and execute solution-focused strategies and programs.

Lead and optimally manage the remuneration and benefits section.

Liaise with various stakeholders on remuneration and benefits administration aspects.

Oversee administration of various rewards and benefits within the institution.

Provide leadership and guidance to all stakeholders in order to effectively manage service delivery in remuneration and benefits.

Manages relationships with external clients, vendors, partners, and consultants as needed.

Perform relevant administrative functions which include management of both financial and human resources for the section.

As part of the HR Management team, play an active role in embedding the HR Client Centric as well as Business Partnering service model.
